Viruses don’t like hot and dry environments, but it’s the temperature in people’s habitat, not outside, that counts. So, if my home, car, workplace and even recreational centers have aircon 24/7, then that’s no longer “hot climate” and that’s why you see it spreading even in Kuwait.
